This is a Tallahassee restaurant opening early 2006 where I was asked to do a scaled CAD layout for kitchen equipment so they could determine best placement to achieve maximum efficiency.

With the CAD program and all kitchen components scaled to building size, the software allows for a walk through the entire restaurant which can be used to help determine equipment and furnishing placement that will maximize efficiency, traffic flow and appearance.
